Mild: can include feelings of sadness but can overcome them, fitful sleep, reduced appetite

Moderate: can include continuous feelings of inner tension or panic, reduced sleep, no appetite

Severe: Unable to complete any tasks without assistance, unrelenting dread or anguish, overwhelming panic.

Are you currently on prescribed medications to treat anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders?

As part of screening for this study, you will have to provide a urine sample for drug testing. Is this something you would be willing to do? The use of marijuana or any illicit drugs is prohibited during the study. [NOTE]: Illicit drugs refer to highly addictive and illegal substances such as heroin, marijuana, and meth. Current use of these or any other illicit drug is exclusionary.
