Do you use an inhaled corticosteroid as a maintenance inhaler for the treatment of your asthma?

In addition to your inhaled corticosteroid, do you use another type of medication for the daily treatment of your asthma (excluding your rescue inhaler)?

In the past 12 months, how many asthma flare-ups have you had to treat with oral or injectable steroids (such as prednisone)?
