Have you been diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis, also known as Fatty Liver Disease or Metabolic Dysfunction Associated Steatohepatitis (MASH)?

Does your child have a history of an allergic reaction to peanuts or peanut-containing foods?

One of the screening procedures for this study is an oral food challenge with peanut proteins to illicit an allergic response and test your child’s reactivity to peanuts. Is this something you would be willing to consent to?   [PATIENT NOTE] This oral food challenge will be conducted by medical professionals in a safe and controlled environment. Access to emergency medications will be readily available if needed.

Has your child taken peanut oral immunotherapy in the last 12 months?   [PATIENT NOTE]  Oral immunotherapy (OIT) for peanut allergy involves taking a daily controlled amount of peanut protein to reduce the severity of allergic reactions.
